Refunds and return policy

The products sold in this store are non-tangible irrevocable goods. We do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the product is delivered. Buyer is able to review full products before making a decision to purchase a license. 

Licence of use

By downloading a product from this store you accept these conditions:

1) Products are free for personal use. Products are used in personal manner when presentations are distributed within family and friends - for birthday parties and similar occasions. 

2) Extended license must be purchased for all other use. Extended license is needed, as an example, when using the products for corporate and organizational use. You accept to pay a royalty payment of 10,000 (ten thousand) US Dollars if you fail to pay the extended license fee within 10 (ten) days of using the product for any other than personal use.

3) You cannot resell or redistribute templates (like we do). Modified or un-modified, you cannot place products purchased from this site to internet for download.

4) You cannot claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.

Use of images attached to our products

All images used in our products are integral part of our products. You can use images only as a part of our products. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Ownership and limitation of liability

You can not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. The products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our company be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

Technical assistance

Our company does not provide technical assistance related to our products of use of related software.

Antifraud and suspencion of accounts

We remain a right to suspend any accounts that are subject to antifraud investigation.

Privacy policy

We will never sell your information to other parties and use reasonable efforts to ensure that your information is store securely in our servers. We retain the right to distribute your information to third parties that provide customer service to us. This enables the third party customer service to assist you in e.g. download issues and similar customer enquiries.

Governing law and jurisdiction

By accessing this website, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof. Place of jurisdiction for any litigation is Helsinki, Finland.
